Started in 2018 — Still Going Strong

CIRCLE was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every woman in Pakistan deserves access to economic opportunity, regardless of where she lives, what she studied, or what challenges she faces.

From a small pilot in Karachi, we've grown into a national movement reaching over 165,000 women across 92 cities — through digital classrooms, on-ground programs, and our AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot, CIRCLE Baji.
